 Joel and Phil at the DoJo
Studio, working hard on the Voices of Friends CD. " It's been a long
time in the making, that might be my fault" says Carol. " I didn't want it to
end. I could never have enough time with Phil and Joel." Phil is Carol's youngest
brother, and Joel is Phil's good buddy and childhood friend. Phil has been recording his
big sister's songs for a long, long time. When Carol asked that they produce her songs,
with vocals by other artists, they resisted at first. They encouraged her to perform
her own songs. As they moved along in the project, they became as excited as she was about
having such high quality demos of the tunes they all love.
